RES OLUT ION NO
V,FHEREAS there has not been paid sufficient tax monies
into the Pasco Municipal Golf Course Bond Retirement Fund to pay
the coupons due on March 1, 1959, on the golf' course bonds, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee of the City of Pasco has
deemed it advisable to transfer the sum of ?2,900 from the Ceme-
tery Trust Fund to the Pasco Municipal Golf Course Bond Retirement
Fund to pay for said coupons, and
VIHEREAS the said sum should be paid back into the Cemetery
Trust Fund as soon as sufficient tax moneys are received in -the
Pasco Municipal Golf Course Bond Retirement Fund, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The sum of $2,900 shall be transferred from the
Cemetery Trust Fund to the Pasco Municipal Golf Course Bond Retire-
ment Fund to pay for the coupons due on the golf course bonds on
March 1, 1959.
Section 2. As soon as sufficient tax moneys are received
in the Pasco Municipal Golf Course Bond Retirement Fund, the sum
of 4)2,900 shall be transferred back to the Cemetery Trust Fund.
