A RESOLUTION REGARDING AMENDMENT
NO. 1 TO.GRANT AGREEMENT, FOR
PROJECT NO. 9 -14 -.060 -5902 -AT THE
PASCO MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, PASCO,
WASHINGTON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section -1. The, following amendment No. 1 to Grant Agreement has. been
proposed:

AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO GRANT AGREEMENT
Pasco Municipal Airport
City of Pasco, Washington.
Project No. 9.45-060-5902
Contract No. C4ca-5090-A
WHEREAS, the Administrator of Civil Aeronautics (hereinafter called the
"Administrator"), has determined that, in the interest of the United ,States,
the Grant Agreement relating to- the above numbered Project, between the
Administrator, acting for and on behalf of the United States, and the City of
Pasco, Washington (hereinafter called the "Sponsor"), accepted by the Spon-sor
on August 5, 1958-kould be amended as hereinafter provided:
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That, in consideration of the benefits to accrue to the parties hereto, the
Administrator, acting for and on behalf of the United.States, on the one part, and
the City of Pasco, Washington_ on the other part, do hereby mutually agree
that the said Grant Agree-ment be and hereby is amended by increasing the
maximum obligation of the United States payable under said Grant Agreement,
as set forth'in.Item 1 on Page 2 of said Grant Agreement, from $18, 055. 00 to
$19, 86-0. 50.
IN WITNESS- WHEREOF, the part'as hereto have caused this amendment to said
Grant Agreement to be duly executed as of the day of 19

Section.2.. The aforesaid. Amendment No. 1 to Grant Agreement is
acceptable to the City of Pasco and is hereby approved by the City Council of
the City of Pasco.
Section 3. The Mayor of the City .of Pasco is- hereby authorized to
execute said Amendment No. 1 to Grant Agreement on behalf of the City of
Pasco; the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest the instrument and affix
the seal of the City of Pasco thereon; and the City Attorney is hereby authorized
to sign the "Certificate of Sponsor's Attorneys'.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED -by the Mayor this 6th day
of January, .19 59.
