RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco is desirous of
vacating that part of the north and south alley lying east of lot 22, in block 4,
Pasco, according to,platthereof recorded in volume 11B"- of plats, page 32 A,
records of Franklin County, Washington, subject to an easement for the
construction, repair and maintenance of public utilities and services, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to initiate said vacation under
the provisions of R. C. W. 35. 79, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is_ required on the question of whether
said, alley should be vacated as proposed by this resolution, NOW,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DCX RESOLVE AS
FOLL.QWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Pasco proposes the vacation
of that part of the north and south alley lying east of lot 22, block 4, Pasco,
according to plat thereof recorded in volume "B" of plats, page 32 A, records
of Franklin -County, Washington, subject to an easement for the construction,
repair and maintenance of public utilities and services.
Section 2. A public hearing on the question of whether to vacate the
above described alley will be held before the City Council in the Council Chaj
in the City Hall, in. Pasco, Washington, at 8:00 p. m. on the Gt h sday of
a.nua c�y�_� 1959.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall give notice of the public hearing as
required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this
