RESOLUTION NO. 428
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF
$-2,030. 00 FROM "PLANNING ENGINEER'S
SERVICES" UNDER THE PLANNING COMMISSION
SECTION OF THE 1958 BUDGET OF THE CITY
OF PASCO TO "ATTORNEY'S SALARY' UNDER
THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT SECTION OF SAID
BUDGET, UNDER THE TERMS OF R.C.W.
35.33_. 120.
WHEREAS, when the Budget -for the Year 1958 was made and adopted,
the City Council of the City of Pasco over-estimated the amount needed for
Planning. Engineering services, and under -estimated the amount needed for
Attorney's. salary for the Legal Department, and
WHEREAS, the increased amount is, needed for the Attorney's salary
under the terms of Ordinance No. 9i3 passed, on November 19, 1957, after,
the Budget was made .and adopted in order to provide for an increase in the
Attorney's salary prior to the filing of Declarations of Candidacy for said
office in December of 1957, and
WHEREAS, transfers may be made within he.,general classes of the
Budget in accordance with R. C. W. 35. 33. 120, and
WHEREAS, this transfer.is.for the best interests of the City of
Pasco, 'NOW, THEREFORE,
THE C°ITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the sum of $2, 030. 00 shall be transferred from "Planning
Engineer?s Services" under the Planning Commission section of the 1958 Budget
of the City of Pasco, to "Attorney's Salary" under the Legal Department section of
said budget. : '
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect after its
passage as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED .by the Mayor this 18th day
of November,, 1958.
