RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco is desirous of vacating
the west half of the alley in block 1, Richardson Addition, according to the plat
thereof recorded in volume "C" of plats, page 40, records of Franklin- County,
Washington, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to initiate said vacation under the
provisions of R. C. W. 3.5. 7.9, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is required on the question of whether said
alley should be vacated as proposed by this resolution, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Pasco proposes the vacation
of the west half of the alley -in block 1, Richardson Addition, according to plat
thereof, recorded in.volume "C" of plats, page 40, records of Franklin County,
Washington.
Section 2. A public hearing 'on the question -of whether to vacate the
above described alley will be held before the City Council in the Council Chambers
in. the City Hall, in. Pasco, Washington, at 8:00 p, m., on the day of %Gd?� ,

Section 3. The .City Clerk shall :give notice of the public hearing as
required by law.
