RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF
$509.91 FROM "BUILDING MAINTENANCE"
TO "LIABILITY INSURANCE AND BONDS"
UNDER THE AIRPORT DEPARTMENT SECTION
OF THE 1958 BUDGET.
WHEREAS, when the Budget for the Year 1958 was made and adopted,
the City Council of theCity of Pasco did not accurately foresee the amounts
necessary for liability insurance and bonds and over-estimated the amount
necessary for building maintenance, and
WHEREAS, the additional sum of $509. 91 is needed for liability
insurance and bonds, and
WHEREAS, said sum is available in the Building Maintenance Fund, anj
WHEREAS, this transfer is for the best interests of the City of Pasco
and is made within a general class of the budget in accordance with the
provisions of R. C. W. 35. 33. 120, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
That the sum of $509. 91 be transferred from "Building Maintenance"
to "Liability Insurance and Bonds" under the Airport Department Section of
the 1958 Budget of the City of Pasco.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this
day of September, 1958.
