RESOLUTION NO.�
WHEREAS taxes have not been received to date as anticipated
and credited to the Yacht Basin Development Fund under the 1958
Budget, and
WHEREAS the sum of X505.63 is now needed to pay the contractor
for the construction of rest rooms at the Yacht Basin, and
WHEREAS the sum of X505.63 is now available under "Capital
Outlay" in the "Park Department" Section of the 1958 Budget, and
WHEREAS additional tax moneys received during the balance
of the Year 1958 to be normally credited to the Yacht Basin Develop-
ment Fund should be reimbursed to "Capital Outlay" in the "Park
Department" Section of the 1958 Budget, up to the sum of $505.63, and
WHEREAS this trarsfer is for the best interests of the City
of Pasco and is made in accordance with.the provisions of R.C.W.
35.33.120, NOW,THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The sum of $505.63 is hereby transferred from
"Capital Outlay" under the "Park Department" Section of the 1958
Budget of the City of Pasco, to the Yacht Basin Development Fund
in order to pay for the construction'of rest rooms at the Yacht
Basin.
Section 2. All taxes received during 1958 up to the sum of
$505.63 which would normally be credited to the Yacht Basin Develop-
ment Fund shall at the end of the year 1958'be transferred to "Capital
Outlay" under the "Park Department" Section of the 1958 Budget to
reimburse said fund inasmuch as it is possible to do so for said
transfer.
PASSED by the City Cbuncil and APPROVED by the Mayor this
-day of August, 1958,
