RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $1, 200. 00
FROM "LABOR" TO "MANAGER'S SALARY" UNDER
THE AIRPORT DEPARTMENT SECTION OF THE
1958 BUDGET.
WHEREAS, when the budget for the Year 1958 was made and adopted,
the City Council of the City of Pasco did not foresee the resignation of
the Airport Manager whose salary was fixed at $4, 884. 00 under the
1958 Budget, in addition to occupancy of a home at the Pasco Airport, and
WHEREAS, the new Airport Manager does not desire to occupy the
home owned by the City at the Pasco Airport which has been rented to
a third party for the sum of $100. 00 per month, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco deems it advisable
under said circumstances to increase the salary of the Airport
Manager to the sum of $6, 000. 00 per year, and
WHEREAS, this transfer is for the best interests of the City of
Pasco and is made in accordance with the provisions of R. C. W. 35. 33.120,
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
That the sum of $1, 200. 00 be transferred from "Labor" to
"Manager's Salary" under the Airport Department section of the 1958
Budget.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this
17th day of June, 1958.
