RESOLUTION NO. 414
A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR PUBLIC HEAR-
ING ON A -PETITION TO VACATE THE WEST 10 FEET
OF ALLEY IN BLOCK 1, AND ALLEY IN BLOCK 2
FROM PEARL STREET TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE
OF LOTS 1 AND 10 BLOCK 2, RICHARDSON ADDITION;
AND RICHARDSON AVENUE FROM PEARL .STREET .TO.THE
SOUTH -BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT 1, BLOCK 2, AND
LOT 10, BLOCK 1, RICHARDSON ADDITION .
WHEREAS a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk
signed by the owners of more than two-thirds of the private
property abutting upon the part of the aforesaid street -
and alleys sought to be vacated, and
WHEREAS a public hearing is required on said Petition,
now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said petition for
vacating the above described street and alleys will be held
before the City Council in the Council Chambers in the City
Hall, in Pasco, Washington, at the hour of eight (8) P.M.,
the T7G day of June, 1958.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a
Public Hearing on said petition as required by law.
PASSED and APPROVED this 6th day of May, 1958.
