RESOLUTION NO. 413
A RESOLUTION Authorizing the Mayor to
execute on behalf of the City of Pasco the
following designated,agreement with the
United States of America: "Contract with
Owner for Relocation, Rearrangement or Altera-
tion of Facilities (Lump Sum), Relocation of
Wash Water Pumping Plant, Contract No.
DA-45-164-CIVENG-57-51".
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS
Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Pasco shall be and
hereby is authorized to execute the following designated agree-
ment with the United States of America on behalf of the City of
Pasco:
"CONTRACT WITH OWNER FOR RELOCATION,
REARRANGEMENT OR ALTERATION OF FACILITIES
(LUMP SUM), RELOCATION OF WASH WATER PUMP-
ING PLANT, CONTRACT NO. DA-45-164-CIVENG-57-51."
PASSED by the City Council and.APPROVED by the Mayor
this 15th day of April, 1958.
