A RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF AMENDMENT
NUMBER 1 TO GRANT AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, A grant agreement was executed between the Administrator
of Ctvil Aeronautics, acting for and on,be'half of the United States of America- and
the City of Pasco, Washington, which was accepted by the City of Pasco on June 27,
1957, and
WHEREAS an Amendment to said Grant Agreement has been proposed
by the Administrator of Civil Aeronautics to make certain corrections in the
original Grant Agreement termed "Amendment Number 1 to Grant Agreement" and
WHEREAS, said Amendment Number 1 to Grant Agreement is hereby
incorporated herein and by this _reference made a part of this Resolution as com-
pletely as if set forth at length herein, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Pasco hereby approves
and accepts said "Amendment Number 1 to Grant Agreement".
Section 2. That the City Council of the City of Pasco hereby authorizes
the Mayor, the City Clerk and the City Attorney to execute said Amendment Num-
ber ,1 to Grant Agreement on behalf of the City of Pasco.
