RESOLUTION NO.

A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH THE POLICY OF THE CITY OF PASCO
REGARDING SEWER SERVICE OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS.
WHEREAS, numerous applications are being made for City sewer service
outside the city limits of the City of Pasco, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco deems it desirable to
promulgate its future policy in regard to this matter, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
No City of Pasco sewer service will be provided for any structure out-
side the city limits of the City of Pasco.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 16th
day of April, 1957.
