WHEREAS, the City of Pasco, Washington, is the owner of the following
described property situated in Franklin County, Washington, to. wit:
Lots 11, 12, 13, .14, 15 and 16, Block 35; Lots 3, 10, 11, 12,
13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20,. Block 40; Lots 1, 2, 3, , 4,
5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block 41; and Lots 3.2 to 42, both inclusive,
in River Blocks, all located in Riverside. Addition to Pasco,
according to plat ther-eof recorded in Volume B of Plats,
page 44, records of the Auditor of Franklin County, Wash.•
ington, less the portion thereof acquired by the Government
of the United States of America.
WHEREAS, it appears to be desirable and to the best interest of the City
of Pasco to exchange this undeveloped property to the Port of Pasco, a municipal
corpo-ration, for all gravel depositslocated on thefollowing described property
owned by the Port of 'Pasco:
Blocks 20 to 23,. inclusive, -Riverside Addition to Pasco,
according �to plat thereof recorded in the.'office of the
County Auditor of Franklin County, Washington.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO
RESOLVE AS. FOLLOWS
Section 1. That the. City of Pasco hereby accepts the terms of the agree
ment be the Port 'of Pasco and the City of Pasco attached hereto and by
reference made a part hereof asthough-- fully set forth at length herein.
Section 2. That in exchange for said gravel deposits, the Mayor and the
City Clerk of the City of Pasco be and they hereby are authorized, empowered,
and directed to convey to the. Port of Pasco, by quit claim deed, the followingdes.
cribe.d real estate situated in the county of Franklin, State of Washington:
Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16., Block 35, Lots 3, 10, 11, 12,
13, 14, 15,. 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20, Block 40; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4,
5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block 41; and Lots 32 to 42, both inclusive,
in River Blocks, all located in Riverside Addition to Pasco,
according to plat thereof recorded in Volume B of Plats,
page 44, records of the Auditor of Franklin County, Washing-
ton, less the portion thereof acquired by the Government of
the United States of America.

Section 3, That the above described property is surplus or excess to the
future foreseeable needs of the City of Pasco.
