A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS UNDER THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
SECTION OF THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1957 UNDER THE TERMS OF
RGW 35.33. 120.
WHEREAS, .when the budget. for the year 1957 was made and adopted,
the City, Council of the City of Pasco incorrectly stated the salary of the Assistant
Chief at $4, 620. 00, and erroneously stated the Captain's salary at $4, 280. 00, and
WHEREAS, .said budget should have stated the Assistant Chief's salary
at $370. 00 per month, or $4, 440. 00," .and should have stated the Captaint s salary
at" $360. 00 per. month, or $4, 320. 00, and
WHEREAS, the amount stated for the Assistant Chief's salary in the
budget is $140. 00 over, and the amount stated for the Captain's salary is $140. 00
short, NOW, THEREFORE.-
THE
HEREFORE,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the sum of $140. 00 be and hereby is transferred from
the Assistant Chief's salary to the_ Captain's salary in the Fire Department. Section
of the 1957 budget, in order that the sum of $4,440. 00 shall be provided for the
Assistant Chief's salary,:and the sum of $4,:320. 00 shall be provided for the.
Captaint s salary for the year 1957.
Section :2. That this resolution shall become effective when passed
by one more than the majority of all membersof the City Council of the City of
Pasco.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 19th
day of February, 1957.
