WHEREAS, the buildings at the Pasco Airport are of wood construction,
and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable-_to,take precautionary measures to
eliminate the possibility of fires in sordid buildings, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS: '
Section 1. That no highly inflammable materials shall be stored in the
buildings at the Pasco Airport.
Section 2. That a joint inspection. of all buildings at the Pasco Airport
shall be made once each month .by, the fire department of the City of Pasco,
under the direction of the Chief of the Fire Department, and by the Airport
Department of the City of Pasco, under the direction of the Airport Manager
for fire hazards.
Section. 3. That any lessee causing or .permitting any fire hazardous
condition to exist on premises occupied. -by him shall be subject to eviction under
the -terms of -:his lease with.the City of Pasco.
