A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS UNDER THE BUDGET FOR THE
YEAR 1956, UNDER. RCW 35. 33. 12.0.
WHEREAS, when the budget for the year 1956 was made and adopted,
the City Council of the City of Pasco was unable to accurately estimate cer-
tain necessary expenditures, and
WHEREAS, transfers can be made within the general classes of
the budget to adequately provide for such necessary expenditures under RCW
35.33.120, an,d
WHEREAS, these transfers are for the best interests of the City
of Pasco, NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the sum of $ 191.53 be transferred from "Office
Supplies and Expense" under the "Enginee.r Department" section of the Cur-
rent Expense Fund, to "Election Supplies" under the "Registration, Election
and Census" section of the Current .Expense Fund, under the budget for the
year 1956.
Section 2. That the sum of $ 219.35 be transferred from "Insect
Spray, Maintenance and Operation" under the "Spray Program" section of the
Current Expense Fund, to "Industrial Insurance and Medical Aid" under the
"Miscellaneous" section. of the Current Expense Fund, under the budget for the
year 1956.
Section 3. That the sum of $.. 96.80 be transferred from "Deductible
Insurance Payment Claims" section of the"Street Department Fund'to "Industrial
Insurance and Medical Aid" under the "Street Department Fundi under the
budget for the year 1956
Section 4. That the sum of $ 36.08 be transferred. from "Building
Repairs" under the "Airport Department Fund" to "Industrial Insurance and
Medical Aida under the "Airport Department Fund' under the budget for the
year 1956.
Section 5. That the sum of $100. 00 be transferred from "Office
Equipment" under the "Library Department Fund", to "Books and Periodicals'
under the It Library Department Fund", under the budget for the year 1956; and.
$189.00
that the sum of $T33 'ff�be transferred from 'Building Improvements, Repairs
and Wiring' under the "Library Department Fundrt, to "Books and Periodicalstt
under the "Library Department Fund, under the budget for the year 1956.
Section 6. That this resolution shall become effective when passed
by one more than the majority of all the members of the City Council of the
City of Pasco.
