RESOLUTION NO;
A RESOLUTION TR.A.NSFERRING THE SUM OF $40, 000 FROM THE STREET,
DEPARTMENT FUND OF THE.'CITY OF PASCO TO THE PERMANENT STREET
CONSTRUCTION AND STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION RESERVE FUND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the sum of $40, 000 be transferred from the Street
Department Fund of the City .of Pasco to the Permanent Street Construction
and Storm Sewer Construction Reserve Fund of the City of Pasco.
Section 2. That this transfer is made to comply with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 855 of the City of Pasco.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 18th
day .of December, 1956.
