RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco is desirous
of changing the speed limit on Primary State Highway No. 3, from the west
City limits to 12th Street in the City of Pasco, from 25 M. P. H. to -3 5 M. P. H. ,
and
WHEREAS, the City "Council of the City of Pasco believes this
adjustment in speed limit will be a definite aid to the effective traffic control
of this section,
NOW, THEREFORE, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
r
DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the speed limit on Primary State Highway No. 3, from
the .west City limits` to 12th Street•in the City of Pasco, be and hereby is
e stabli shed at 3 5 M. P. H.
2. That -a copy of -t his Resolution shall be transmitted to the
Office of the District Engineer' of the Department. of Highways of the State of
Washington..
ADOPTED -this ay of November, 1956, at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of• Pasco, -Washington.
