A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $285.82 FROM "GAS, OIL,
AND REPAIR TO CYCLE" UNDER THE "PARKING METER
DEPARTMENT" SECTION OF THE. CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
TO " TELEPHONE, GAS, OIL, AND REPAIRS", UNDER.. THE
'POLICE DEPARTMENT" SECTION OF THE CURRENT EXPENSE
FUND AS SET FORTH IN 1955 BUDGET,
WHEREAS, when the Budget for the year 1955, .was, made and: adopted
the City Council of the City of .Pasco did not accurately estimate the amount need-
ed for gas, oil, and repairs for the Police Department for the year 1955; and
WHEREAS, the actual cost of the gas; oil, and repairs, exceeds the.;
amount budgeted for the. Police .Department by the sum of $285. 82, and
WHEREAS, the amount needed for gas, oil, and repairs to cycle.
`under the parking meter department was'over-estimated, and:ther.e,.are .sufficient
monies in said fund that could be transferred to lbpay'.for said gas, oil, and repairs
for the Police Department, and
WHEREAS, it is. deemed to be to the. best interest of the City of Pasco
to make such transfer,' and
WHEREAS, this transfer is made under the authority. of R. C. W. 35.
33.120, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of'$285. 82 be transferred from "Gas, Oil,
and Repairs'to Cycle" under the "Parking Meter Department" .of the Current,
Expense Fund to "Telephone, Gas,, Oil and Repairs" under the. "Police Depart-
ment" section of the Current Expense Fund as set forth in the 1955. Budget for
the City of Pasco.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution. shall be .effective when approved by
one more than a majority of themembers of the City Council of the City of Pasco.
PASSED -BY the City Council and,APPROVED by the Mayor this 6th day
of December, 1955. , c
