A RESOLUTION TRANSFERING $844.23 FROM 'SALARY-
. ,OFFICERS AND LABOR" UNDER THE "REGISTRATION,
ELECTION AND CENSUS" SECTION OF THE.. CURRENT
EXPENSE: FUND TO "JANITOR'S SALARY" UNDER.THE
"CITY HALL" SECTION. OF THE CURRENT EXPENSE
FUND UNDER THE BUDGET FOR THE: YEAR 1955.
WHEREAS; when the budget for the year 1955 was made.and adopted,
the City Council of the City of Pasco was unable to accurately estimate the cost
of janitor -service for the new City Hall; .and
WHEREAS, the.actual cost of the janitor service exceeds the amount,
budgeted for janitor's salary for the City Hall by the sum of $844.23; and
WHEREAS, the amount needed for salaries under the "Re gistration,
Election and.Census" section of the Current Expense Fund was overestimated.
and that there are sufficient monies in said fund that could be transferred to pay
for said janitor's salary for the City Hall; 'and
WHEREAS, this transfer is.made.under the authority of R. C. W.

THE CITY COUNCIL ,OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the sum of $844. 23 be transferred from "Salary -
Officers and Labor" under the "Registration, Election and Census" section of
the Current Expense Fund to "Janitor's Salary" under the "City -Hall" section
of the Current Expense Fund izi accordance with the budget for the year. 1955..
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective when passed by
one more than the majority of all the members of the City Council of the City of
Pasco.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 6th
