November 30, 1955
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and the
City Council of Pasco, State of Washington, that the
title to that portion of the Pasco Air Port, the legal
description of which is as follows: the N.E.-41, Section
24, Township 9, Range 29.EWM, except the south 198.10
feet and the east 661.21 feet ; which area is privately
owned, be transferred to School District No. 1, Franklin
County, Pasco, Washington.

This transfer to be for the simple fee of $1.00.
