A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION TO VAIZATE
That portion of Idaho Street, as shown on the Flat of Pasco Land
Companies First Addition to Pasco, which lies north of Lewis Street
as the same now exists and which lies east of Block 134 of said
Addition.
WHEREAS a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk signed by
the owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting
upon the part of the aforesaid portion of street sought to be vacated,
and
WHEREAS a Public Hearing is required on said petition, now, there-
fore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO 17.0 RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said petition for vacating the
above described portion of street will be held before the City Council
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Pasco, Washington, at the hour
of eight (8) P.M., the 6th day of
December
, 1955.
;Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing
on said petition as required by law.
