RESOLUTION NOS4
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE SUM .OF $10, 000. 00 FROM THE FIRE
STATION NO. Z' CONSTRUCTION FUND TO THE LADDER TRUCK FUND.
WHEREAS the City Council of the: City of Pasco is desirous of purr',
chasing a ladder "truck for the fire department, and
WHEREAS sufficient money:s,can_ be obtained for such purchase only
by making a transfer of the moneys, from the Fire Station No. 2 Construction
Fund to the Ladder, Truck Fund, NOW, THEREFORE.,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the sure of $10, 000. 00 be transferred from the Fire.:Station
'No. R 2 Construction Fund to the Ladder Truck Fund.
PASSED by the City Council..a.nd APPROVED by the Mayor this -6
day of October, 1955.
