LIMITED ACCESS HIGHWAY
i
WHEREAS, the Washington State Highway Commission has considered
a proposed limited access highway and, if approved and established,
will construct, maintain and operate said highway improvement as a
portion of Primary State Highway No. 3, described as follows:
From the West line of Sec. 19 Township
9 North, Range 30 E.W.M. to the Junction
with existing P.S.H. No. 11 in Sec. 20
Township 9 North, Range 30 E.W.M.
WHEREAS, all or part of the proposed highway improvement lies
within the City of Pasco.
NUN, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, in accordance with the pro-
visions of Chapter 202, Laws of 1947, as revised and amended by
Chapter 167, Laws of 1951, the City of Pasco, acting through its
officers and authorities, does hereby consent to the establishment
of limited access as shown on the pl ans entitled "Primary State
Highway No. 3 Columbia River Bridge to P.S.H. No. 11 Connection,
Plan showing Access", approved by the Director of Highways on
December 12 (Rev. 7-9-55), 1950, a print of which is attached hereto
and made a part of this resolution.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be trans-
mitted to the Washington State Highway Commission at Olympia, Wash-
ington.

City Council of the City of Pasco, Washington
