A RESOLUTION SETTING UP THE PRO—
CEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED BY THE CITY
CLERK IN DISTRIBUTING THE COPIES OF
THE PASCO CITY CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Mayor, each department head and
each councilman be loaned one copy of the Pasco City Code
for his own use.
Section 2. That the Mayor, and each department head
will pass his copy of the City Code on to his successor.
Section 3. That each councilman shall return his copy
of the City Code to the City Clerk on the expiration of his
term of office, and that the last monthts salary of said
councilman shall not be paid until his copy of the City Code
is returned.
PASSED AND .APPROVED THIS DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1955.
