A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON A. PETITION TO VACATE
East and West and North and South Alley, Block 150,
Pasco Land Co.mpanys First Addition to Pasco
WHEREAS a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk signed by
the owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting
upon the part of theaforesaid alleys sought to be vacated,
and
WHEREAS.a Public Hearing is required on said petition, now,
therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PA CO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS;
Section 1. That a Public'Hearing on said petition for vacating
above described alleys will be held before the City Council
he Council Chambers in the Cit Hall, in Pasco, Washington, at the
of eight (B) P.M., the _day of 1955:
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public
