A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME FOR PUBLIC
HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE THE
NORTH AND SOUTH ALLEY, BLOCK 20, HELMVS
SECOND ADDITION, PASCO, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS a Petition has been filed with the City
Clerk signed by the owners of more than two-thirds of the
private property abutting upon the part of the aforesaid
alley sought to be vacated, and
WHEREAS a Public Hearing is required on said
petition, now, therefore
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said -peti-
tion for vacating the above described alley will be held
before the City Council in the Council Chambers in the
City Hall, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of eight (8)
P. M., the 4th day of January, 1955.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice
of a Public Hearing on said petition as required by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 7th DAY OF DECEMBER,1954.
