THE CITY COUNCIL Ol+' THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLD AS FOLLOLJS:
Section 1. That the mayor of the City of Pasco is hereby
authorized to accept the Department of the tirmy Supplemental
Agreement vo. 1 to license dated 14, December, 1953 to City
of Pasco, Washington, coverjn� Pasco Boat Basin area, McNary
Lock and. Dam Project, and the City Clerk of the City of Pusco
is here -,,.,y directed to attest the mayor's acceptance and to
affix thereto the seal of the City of Pasco.
Passed and approved this 16 day of November, 1954.
