A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR PUBLIC
HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE THE
NORTH AND SOUTH ALLEY IN BLOCK 24,
HELM'S SECOND ADDITION TO PASCO, AC-
CORDING TO PLAT T1HEREOF RECORDED IN
VOLUME "B" OF PLATS, PAGE 25, RECORDS
OF FRANKLIN COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk
signed by the owners of one hundred percent (1000 of the
private property abutting upon the part of the aforesaid
alley sought to be vacated, and
WHEREAS a Public Hearing is required on said petition,
now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said petition
for vacating the above described alley will be held before
the City Council in the Council Chambers in the City Hall,
in Pasco, Washington, at the hour of eight (8) P.M., the
2nd day of November 1954.
Section 2, That the City Clerk shall give notice of
a Public Hearing on said petition as _required by law.
Passed and approved this 5th day of October , 1954.
