A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE

WHEREAS a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk signed by the
owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon the
part of the aforesaid Alley sought to be vacatedr and
WHEREAS a Public Hearing is required on said petition, now,
therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.* That a Public Hearing on said petition for vacating the
above described Alley will be held before the City Council in

Section 2g That the City Clerk shall give notice Qf a Public Hearing
petition as required by law,
