A RESOLUTION REQUIRING A CERTIFI-
CATE TO PLAT FROM A REPUTABLE
TITLE COMPANY NAMING ALL PARTIES
LEGALLY INTERESTED IN THE LAND TO
BE PLATTED OR SUBDIVIDED.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A Certificate to Plat shall accompany
each proposed plat or subdivision submitted for the
approval of the Planning Commission of the City of Pasco.
Section 2. A Certificate to Plat shall be obtained
from a reputable title company and shall name all parties
legally interested in the land to be platted or sub-
divided.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 20th day of July, 1954.
