A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR PUBLIC HEARING
ON A PETITION TO VACATE THAT PORTION OF IVIAR-
GARET STREET THAT LIES BETWEEN THE WESTERIY
LINE OF MEAD AVENUE AND THE EASTERLY LINE OF
ILLINOIS AVENUE AND AT -50 THAT PORTION OF HENRY
{ STREET THAT LIES BETWEEN THE WESTERLY LINE OF
1 MEAD AVENUE AND THE EASTERLY LINE OF ILLINOIS
AVENUE AND THAT UTILITY EASEMENT HERETOFORE
DESIGNATED AS EXISTING IN AN EASTERLY AND
WESTERLY DIRECTION IN BLOCKS 11 AND 12 OF STA-
DIUTAf PARK ADDITION WI'T'H THE EXCEPTION OF A
10 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT WITH THE CENTER LINE
OF SAID EASEMENT 15 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH
LINE OF HENRY STREET OR PROJECTED.
WHEREAS a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk -signed
by the owners of more than two thirds of the private property
abutting upon the part of the aforesaid streets and utility ease-
ments sought to be vacated, and
WHEREAS a Public Hearing is required on said Petition, now
_-M therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said petition for vacating

the above described streets and utility easements will be held be-
fore the City Council in the council Chambers in the City Hall in
Pasco, Washington, at the hour of eight (8) P.M., the 20th day of
July, 1954,
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public
Hearing on said petition as required by law.
Passed and approved this 15th day of June, 1954.
