A RESOLUTION FIXING. A TIME FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE

lditor's Office, Franklin County, ashington
WHEREAS -'a Petition has-been filed with the City Clerk signed by
the owners of.more than two-thirds of the private property abutting
upon the part of the aforesaid+ street sought to be vacated,
and
WHEREAS a Public Hearing is required on said Petition, now,
therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said petition for vacating
above described street will be before the City Council

of eight. ( 8) P.M... the l day of June 1954.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public
