A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITIO1 TO VACATE
River Street from the East side of River Streets intersection, with Sgj�jtjl
9th Street, South Easterly to the Easterly terminus.of said Street.�
WHEREAS a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk signed by
the owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting
upon the part of the aforesaid street ,sought to be vacated,
and
WHEREAS a Public Hearing is required on said Petition, now,
therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said petition for vacating
the above described street will be held before the City Council
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in Pasco, Washington, at the
hour of eight (8) P.M., the _______ 1.__day of June—__,_, 19,54:.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public
Hearing on said petition as required by law.
