RESOLUTION NO.2"
A RESOLUTION NULLIFYING ORDINANCE # 780 BEING AN ORDINANCE
VACATING THE NORTH .AND SOUTH .ALLEIT OF BLOCK 147 PASCO LAND
COMPANIES FIRST .ADDITION TO PASCO, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF
RECDRDED IN VOLUME "B" OF.PLATS, PAGE 39, RECORDS OF FRANKLIN
COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Pasco has read
Ordinance # 780 being an ordinance vacating the north and south
alley of Block 147, Pasco Land Companies First Addition to Pasco,
according to plat thereof recorded in volume "B" of plats, page
39, records of Franklin County, Washington, three times, and
WHEREAS ordinance #780 was never published as required by
law to become effective, and
WHEREAS the parties petitioning for the vacation of said
alley no longer wish said alley vacated, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO @- AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. That ordinance #78.0 being an ordinance vacating
the north and south alley of Block 147, Pasco Land Companies First
.Addition to p:asco, according to plat thereof recorded in volume
"B" of plats, page 39, records of Franklin County, Washington,

be, and the same hereby is, nullifiedO no force and affect.
