A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF 910,000.00 FROM THE `WATER
AhD SE't'J'ER- REVENUE BONDS: 1954, CONSTRUCTIOIN FUND" TO THE PASCO
WATER REVENUE FUND
.WHEREAS the sum -of $10, 000.00 was borrowed by the. "Mater and
Sewer Revenue Bonds, 1954, Construction 'Fund" , from the 1'Vat6r- Revenue
Fund to' cover 'anticipated expenses in the planning of the improvements:
to the water and sewer systems of the City of Pasco until such
time as the -water and 's -ewer bonds were sold in accordance with
R.esoliation No. 336 passed and approved: on December. 1, 1953, and
WHEREAS said water: and sewer revenue bonds.have now been sold,
now, .therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section I That the City Treasurer of the City of Pasco,
Washington, is hereby authorized to transfer the sutra. of 10,000.00
from the :proceeds of the sale of. water and sewer. revenue bonds,
1954s to : the (Nater Revenue Fund.
