REV.�;NUE BOND SALE.
WHEREAS the City of Pasco deemed it necessary to make construc-
tion payments on its Primary Sewage Treatment Plant before the
proceeds of the sale of water and sewer revenue bonds were available,

a"TIT'REAS the necessary. funds were borrowed at the rate of 3"
per annLun interest from City accounts. under Resolution No. 333
passed and approved on the /aday of September, 1953, and
WHEREAS the warrants are to be funded and paid from the
pvoceeds of the eater Pnd sewer revenue bonds, 1954, said bonds
having been sold and the proceeds being available, now, therefore,
TH7 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLO:;S:
Section 1. That the City Treasurer of the City of Pasco is
hereby authorised to pay from the said water and sewer revenue bond,
19541, proceeds to the following city accounts the following sums:
(1.)
To Building and
Alterations,
$54, IL72.50 including interest;
(2)
To Airport Fund,
$28,2.5.00,
inchding interest.
(3) To Firemen's Relief and Pension,, ;7,061.25 including interest,
(Z.) To Cemetery Trust, '042035-00, including interest.
(5) To Current Expense'4��,7,061.252 including interest.
PASSED and APPROVED this 19th day of January, 1954.
