A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00)
FROM THE PASCO WATER REVENUE FUND TO THE "WATER .AND SEWER REVENUE
BONDS, 1954, CONSTRUCTION FUND".
WHEREAS the construction of certain improvements to the water and
sewer systems in the City of Pasco, Washington are being planned, and
WHEREAS there are certain expenses incident to such planning and
that the expenses are not expected to exceed $10,000.00, and
WHEREAS no funds from the sale of water and sewer bonds are as yet
available to cover said expenses, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. That the City Clerk and City Treasurer of the City of
Pasco, Washington, are hereby authorized to set up a special fund to
be called the "Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, 1954, Construction Fund."
Section II. That $10,000.00 shall be transferred from the Water
Revenue Fund to the said "'Mater and Sewer Revenue Bonds, 1954, Construc-
tion Fund".
41 Section III. That the $10,000.00 so borrowed from the Water
Revenue Fund is to be reimbursed to the Water Revenue Fund when the
water and sewer bonds for said water and sewer improvements are sold.
