A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FjLGHT OF -WAY EASE14ENT TO .'UBLIC UT' _LITY DIS-
TRICT NO. 1 OF FRANKLIN COUNTY, WASHINGTON, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OFF THE CI`1'Y OF PASCO, FRANIzLIN COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City of Pasco shall grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto the Public Utility District No. 1 of Franklin County,
Washington, a municipal corporation, and to its successors or assigns,
a permanent right of way easement upon the following property located
in the County of Franklin, State of Washington, and more particularly
described as follows:
City of Pasco .Airport Tract (formerly Navy Base) and that
portion of said tract lying in the north one-half of
Section 24, Township 9 North, Range 30 E.W.M.
This easement specifically covers the installation of guys
and anchors only, which guys are attached to poles located
on the right of way of primary State Highway No. 3. The
location of the anchors are as follows:
At the intersection of Luccs.- treet and State Highway _.
No. 3, approximately 37 feet east of the center line of Lucas
Street and 40 feet north of the north line of State Highway
No. 3.
At the intersection of Chase Street and State Highway
No. 3 approximately 37 feet west of the center line of Chase
Street (said center line being the range line between ranges
29 and 30 east) and 40 feet north of the north boundary of
State Highway No. 3.
At the intersection of Wennett Road and Road No. 24'
approximately 27 feet west of the center line of said Road
No. 24 and 40 feet north of the north boundary of Wernett
Road.
Section 2. That the proposed right of way easement is accept-
able to the City of Pasco and is hereby approved.
