CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON
A RESOLUTION ENTITLED, "A RESOLUTION APPROVING EASEMENT DEED IN, UPON,
OVER AND ACROSS TRACT XX -3452-1-E."
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, FRANKLIN COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the City of Pasco shall grant, bargain, sell and
convey unto the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and its assigns, a permanent
easement and right of way, to enter upon and construct, maintain,
repair, operate, patrol, replace and/or remove an interceptor drain
pipe line and impervious cutoff core, including any and all appur-
tenances thereto, in, upon, over and across that certain tract of land
in Franklin County, State of Washington, designated as Tract XX -3452-1-E,
and more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land lying in Lots 32 to 42 inclusivel_in River Block
of Riverside Addition to Vasco (according to the plat thereof recorded
in Volume "B", page 441 Plat Records) in Section 31, Township 9 North,
Range 30 East of the Willamette Meridian, Franklin County, Washington,
said tract of land being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Section 31; thence
South 220 36' 26" West, 2421.2 feet; thence South 4° 41' 48"
West, a distance of 10.02 feet, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING:
thence North 890 10' 30" West, 300.0 feet; thence North 000 49'
30" East, 40.0 feet; thence South 890 10' 30" East 302.71 feet;
thence South 81° 18' 28" East, a distance of.80.0 feet, more or
less, to a point on the center line of River Avenue of said
Riverside Addition to Pasco; thence southeasterly along said
center line to a point. on the northerly extension of the easterly
line of Lot 32 in said River Block; thence southerly along said
,northerly extension, a distance of 25 feet more or less, to a
point on a line bearing South 81° 18' 28" East from the point
of beginning; thence North 810 18' 28" West, a distance of 155.0
feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
There is excepted therefrom all that portion lying south of a line
lying parallel with and northerly, a distance of 120.9 feet, measured
at right angles to a line described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Washington Coordinate System,
South Zone, the y coordinate of said point being North 326,804.83
feet, and the x coordinate of said point being East 2,353,799.09
feet (said point lying approximately 1560 feet west and 2200
feet south from the northeast corner of said Section 31); thence
South 71° 14' East, a distance of 800 feet to the POINT OF
TERMINUS of the above described line.
The tract of land above described contains 0.31 of an acre, more
or less.
Subject to existing easements for public roads and highways,
public utilities, railroads, and pipe lines and rightsand interests
of the Columbia Irrigation District except any past or current assess-
ments thereby.
together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SECTION II. That the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA shall pay to the City of
Pasco as consideration therefore the sum of FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00),
SECTION III. That the proposed Easement Deed is acceptable to the City
of Pasco and is hereby approve. '�'f
