RESOLUTION BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PASCO, y'IASHINGTON
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco is the owner of certain lands in the S2
of the SW4 of the NE' of Section 19, Township 9 North, Range 30 East,
W.1,"... and
WHEREAS, for the operation of Primary State Highway No. 3, Columbia
River Bridge to PSH No. 11, Connection, it is necessary and advisable
for the State of Washington, Department of Highways, to acquire the use
of certain tract of land situated in the above mentioned subdivision
for said operation and maintenance of said highway, and,
WHEREAS, after the consideration by the Council of the City of Pasco
it appears to the said Council that it will be for the best interests of
both the City of Pasco and the State of 'Washington that the City of Pasco
execute a Quit Claim deed of conveyance in favor of the State of Wash-
ington for said lands for a consideration of "The Mutual Benefits to be
Herein Derived",
NOW, THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved by the Council of the City
of Pasco, Washington, that said City, in accordance with Chapter 266
of the Laws of 1943, execute said deed by and through its City Council
and deliver said deed to the State of -Washington, Department of Highways.
