WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Pasco, Washington
has heretofore and on the 28th day of August,1951 created under
Ordinance No. 697 a Local Improvement District No. 61 consisting
of certain sewer laterals and mains within the City of Pasco,
Washington and the construction thereof has been completed and
WHEREAS the City Engineer has heretofore filed with the
City Clerk the final assessment role, pursuant to law for
such projects, NOW, THEREFORE,
The City Council of the City of Pasco does resolve as
follows:
That there will be held before the City Council of the
City of Pasco a public hearing upon such assessment role at
the hour of _ P. M. on the day of February, 1953,
at which time the City Council will sit as a board of equaliza-
tion for the purpose of considering the assessment roll and
will at that time consider objections raised thereto and will
correct, revise, raise, lower, change or modify said assessment
roll or any part thereof or set aside such roll and order the
assessment roll or any part thereof to be made de novo and at
the conclusion of such hearing will confirm the roll by
ordinance.
The City Clerk of the City of Pasco is hereby instructed to
see that appropriate notice of the time, place and purpose of
such hearing is given by mailing notice thereof to the effected
property owners and publication, both as required by law.
