WHEREAS, the City of Pasco has heretofore been operating
the Pasco Municipal Airport under lease from the United
States Governrime.4 , acting through the Navy Department,
and whereas such airport facilities have been declared
to be surplus to the needs of the United States Govern-
ment and it is the desire bf the City of Pasco to procure
such airport facilities for the use and benefit of the
City of Pasco, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, City of Pasco, as
follows:
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Pasco, through its
appropriate officers, take all necessary action to secure
the airport facilities now known as Pasco Municipal Airport
for the benefit and use of the City of Pasco as a public
airport.
