RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PASCO, WASHINGTON
WHEREAS, City of Pasco is the record owner of Block twelve
(12) Oakleyls Riverfront Addition to Pasco, according to the
official plat thereof, in the office of the Auditor of Franklin.
County, EXCEPT that portion thereof previously conveyed to United
States of America.
WHEREAS, in the improvement of Primary State Highway No. 3,
by the State of Washington, Department of Highways, it is neces-
sary and advisable for the State of Washington to acquire title
to said portion of Block twelve (12); and
WHEREAS, after due consideration by the City Council, it ap-
pears to the said City Council that it will be for the best
interests of both City of Pasco and State of Washington that
City of Pasco convey said portion of Block twelve (12) to the
State of Washington by quit claim deed for a consideration.of
$150.00.
NOW THEREFORE, be it hereby RESOLVED by the City Council of
Pasco, Washington that City of Pasco, in accordance with Section
26, Chapter 53, Laws of 1937, and through its City Council, exe-
cute said quit claim deed and deliver said deed to the State of
Washington, Department of Highways.
Done at a REGULAR meeting of the City Council of Pasco, Washington
this 15th day of April, 1952.
