V.HEREAS heretofore all of the owners of all of the land in Foster is
Addition to Pasco, Washington, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Volume "B" of Plats, page 81, records of Franklin County, lfashington, which
is located within the City of Pasco, heretofore petitioned for the vacation
of said plat, and
I'TMMMS due and legal notice of the hearing on said petition to
vacate said plat has been given as provided by lar: and a hearing has been had

BE IT HEREBY REMOLVED that the City Council of the City of. Pasco
does hereby declare that the plat of Fosterts Addition to Pasco, Washington,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume matt of :Mats, page 81, records
of Franklin County, ,`:ashington, be, and the same hereby is, declared vacated.
