City of Pasco, Washington
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The law firm of Weter, Roberts & Shefelman of
Seattle, Washington, is hereby retained by the City of Pasco to
furnish the legal advice and legal instruments required by the City
in connection with the construction of a sanitary sewer system by
the City in Local Improvement District No. 61 and the issuance of
not to exceed approximately $$100,000.00 of Local Improvement
District Warrants and Bonds for the purpose of such construction,
and to furnish a legal opinion upon the validity of such warrants
and bonds.
Section 2. The City of Pasco shall pay Weter, Roberts &
Shefelman the sum of $$500.00, together with their actual travel
and long distance telephone expenses, if any, for their legal
services herein authorized upon the sale of the warrants above
referred to and the issuance of the bonds in redemption of warrants
not redeemed in cash from L. I. D. assessments.
