-j BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON:
That the airport committee consisting of Fred Huber, Del
Isaacson, and H.V. Custer, be and are hereby empowered by the city,
to negotiate with the Secretary of the Navy or his appointed representative
in all matters pertaining to or concerning the proposed acquisition of
the Navy Base (now called Pasco Municipal Airport) by the City of
Pasco; and that said committee shall have full power and authority to
negotiate on behalf of this city all the terms, conditions, and agreements
thereto appertaining.
