BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
Pursuant to Ordinance No. 516, and as such ordinance has
been amended, there is hereby created in the office of the City
Treasurer a special fund to be known as "Parking Meter Fund #2."
Into said fund shall be placed all money received from the parking
meters purchased on the 5th day of April, 1949 by the City of Pasco.
Until the payment of the purchase price in full for said meters no
withdrawals from said fund shall be rade except as shall apply uoon
said purchase price, and modernization costs, in the manner provided
by that certain contract entered into b,,> the City of Pasco on the
6th day of April, 1949, together with the modernization option exercised
on the 7th day of
June, 1949,
with
the Duncan Meter Corporation.
Upon the
payment in
full
of said purchase price and modernization
costs said fund shall be abolished and any funds remaining therein
shall be transferred by t City Treasurer to the current expense fund.
