WHEREAS A.H. Avery has petitioned the Council
of the City of Pasco to vacate that portion of Avery
Avenue which is described and set forth in said
Petition, and
WHEREAS the appropriate statute of the State of
Washington provides that such petition shall be heard
and determined not more than sixty (60) days nor
less than twenty (20) days after the date of passage
of this resolution, now
THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Clerk
shall give twenty (.20) days notice of the pendency
of said petition by written notice set up in three
Prominent public places within the City of Pasco,
and a like notice in,a conspicuous place on the
Proposed location of the street sought to be vacated,
and said petition shall be heard on the 3 day of
tv, 1948, at � P.M., in the City Council
Chambers in the City Hall in Pasco, Washington, or
at such time as the time may be adjourned to by
the City Council.
