WHEREAS: The City Council of the City of Pasco, Washington,
and the Mayor hereby in special session June 14, 1948, agreed
to employ special legal service in connection with restrain-
ing order filed by State Health Department against the City
Swimming Pool.
NOW THEREFORE: Be it resolved that Ralph Rogers be employed
to represent the City of Pasco in this action.
Passed by the Council thisday of June, 1948.
Approved by the Mayor this day of June, 1948.
